Write to contact@lina.pl and a person will read it. We aim to reply within two working days.

Before you write

Including these three things usually saves a round trip:

  • your phone model, and whether it runs Android or iOS (with the version)
  • the Photonder version, shown at the bottom of Settings
  • what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead

Please don't attach the photos themselves — we can't see anything on your device and we don't want copies of your gallery.

Common questions

I deleted a photo by mistake. Can I get it back?

Yes, but not from Photonder. Photonder deletes through your phone's own deletion flow, so deleted photos go to your device's recently deleted album, where they stay for 30 days:

Restore it there. Once that album is emptied, the photo is gone and nothing in Photonder can bring it back.

I keep seeing the same photos again

You shouldn't — Photonder records every photo you have judged and skips it next time. If old photos are reappearing, check whether the Bring kept photos back button in Settings was tapped: it deliberately forgets your keep decisions and re-queues those photos.

I want to review my kept photos again

Settings → Bring kept photos back. This forgets your previous decisions and returns kept photos to the queue. Photos you already deleted cannot be returned this way — they are outside Photonder's reach.

Photonder is showing me last week's photos and I only want old ones

Settings lets you narrow the queue to photos older than six months, a year, two years, or everything taken before a date you pick.

A photo won't swipe

Swiping is disabled while a photo is zoomed, so you can't delete something by accident while inspecting it. Double-tap to zoom back out and the swipe will work again.

Can I delete my account or my data?

There is no account. Photonder has no sign-up and no server, so there is nothing held anywhere for us to delete. Everything the app stores — the list of which photos you have already judged — lives in a local database on your phone. Uninstalling Photonder removes it completely. See the privacy policy.

Does Photonder upload my photos anywhere?

No. The app contains no networking code at all; on Android it does not even hold the internet permission, so it is not technically capable of sending anything anywhere.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet — Photonder is on Android today, and an iOS version is in development. There is no App Store link and no release date to give you. Write to contact@lina.pl if you want a message when it ships; we don't run a mailing list and we won't use your address for anything else.
