Stapi4Mobile
The companion app for maritime pilots working the STAPI system used by Polish pilotage stations. File a pilotage receipt from the job, check your upcoming orders, see your place in the pilot queue, and get notified the moment new work is assigned — all from a phone.
Stapi4Mobile is issued by your pilotage station, not sold to the public. Sign in with the username and password your station gives you — there is no public sign-up. The app itself is free; it comes with your employer's own STAPI deployment.
What it does
Stapi4Mobile talks directly to your pilotage station's own STAPI server — the same system already used in the dispatch office. Everything you see is scoped to your own account and your own station.
- Receipts (Kwity) — fill in and submit a pilotage receipt as soon as the job is done: draft, times, mooring, tugs, a note. Once the office accepts it, the receipt locks and the app shows it read-only.
- Orders (Zlecenia) — see the jobs assigned to you, with the ship, docks and any dispatcher notes.
- Pilot queue (Kolejka) — check your position and job count in the rotation your station runs, live.
- Manoeuvre opinions (Opinie) — for pilots whose station uses this module: file a manoeuvre opinion against a completed job and open it as a PDF.
A push notification tells you the moment the dispatcher assigns you a new receipt or order, so you don't have to keep checking.
The app's interface is in Polish, matching the language pilots and dispatchers already use in the STAPI office system.
